Bouquet on sliders
Move the sliders and the total updates at once; the florist sends a photo before delivery.
Ecommerce · Platform migration
A flower delivery store with storefronts in 1,272 cities, moved from an old, slow platform to my own store core with a new interface. Products, prices, redirects and customer accounts came across intact, and the switch itself took 21 seconds.

The challenge
The old site answered in up to twenty seconds at peak hours. The store had to move without losing a single price variant, link or customer account, and get an interface of its own rather than a copy of a sister store.
What was done
Key features
Move the sliders and the total updates at once; the florist sends a photo before delivery.
The account shows the order status and repeats a past order without filling in the form again.
The city chosen in the header recalculates the catalogue for local delivery.
Inside the project
Interfaces are shown in their original language; descriptions are translated.
Result
The new store launched on 8 October 2026. The homepage that used to answer in 19.8 seconds in the daytime now answers in 0.19 seconds. Customers kept their accounts and passwords, and old links lead to the right pages.
