Seven stages on scroll
A progress line from 0 to 100% shows where the project is at every moment.
Real estate concept
Villa: from construction site to finished home
An interactive presentation of a villa in Dubai. Scrolling moves the project from idea and foundation to a finished house, and interiors can be compared with real construction photos from the same angle.

The challenge
Make the transition from the current state of a property in photos to the image of the finished home clear and convincing for a buyer.
What was done
- A seven-stage scroll scene: idea, foundation, frame, walls, facade, house and finished home.
- Before/after comparison of construction photos and finish visualisations from the same viewpoint.
- Separate presentations of semi-detached villas and a corner villa with a garage.
- A final screen with the finished villa and an enquiry form.
Key features
Photo and visualisation
Real construction shots are matched with the proposed finish from the same angle.
Two villa types
Semi-detached and corner villas are presented in their own blocks.
Inside the project
Interfaces are shown in their original language; descriptions are translated.
Result
A demonstration of how a villa developer or agency can present a project under construction. This is my own concept without a commissioning client; unknown specifications are left "on request" rather than invented.
