Ecommerce web design in Sharjah

Online stores for Sharjah retailers, wholesalers and online sellers — one catalogue for shoppers and trade buyers, payments and delivery across the northern emirates, Arabic and English storefronts.

Retail and wholesale in one store

Many Sharjah traders sell to both shoppers and other businesses: a family buys one item, a contractor or a shop buys a pallet. Instead of two websites we build one store with two faces. Guests see retail prices and pay online; approved trade accounts log in to see their own prices, minimum order quantities and a quote basket for large orders.

Your sales team approves trade accounts by hand, so wholesale prices stay with the customers you choose.

Licences for selling online in Sharjah

Mainland companies are licensed by the Sharjah Economic Development Department, which also has an e-trader option for small online sellers. In the free zones, e-commerce is a common activity in Shams (Sharjah Media City), and many trading companies hold licences in SAIF Zone or Hamriyah. Which structure fits your business is a question for your setup adviser; we build the store around the licence you hold and show its details exactly as issued.

Payments, VAT and invoices

Delivery from Sharjah to the whole north

A warehouse in Sharjah can serve Dubai, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah within a day, and the east-coast towns of Khor Fakkan and Kalba on a separate schedule. The store keeps a table of zones, fees and delivery days that your team edits without a developer, and checkout shows only the options that really apply to the customer’s address.

A catalogue that answers technical questions

Sharjah stores often sell things people measure before they buy: building materials, furniture, equipment, spare parts. Product pages carry specification tables, dimensions, compatible items and downloadable data sheets, and filters are built from those properties. Our MosShkafKupe catalogue covers 559 furniture models with seven filters; the fire-safety store Pozhservis syncs 611 products from an accounting system.

Returns and exchanges customers can trust

Shoppers hesitate most before buying sizes, colours and anything heavy to return. A clear returns page, a short summary on every product page and an exchange request form in the customer account remove that hesitation. Your team sees each request with the order number and photos attached instead of a long chat thread.

The rules themselves are yours: time limits, condition of goods, who pays for the return delivery. We only make sure they are easy to find and impossible to misread.

Stock levels people can rely on

Nothing loses a trade customer faster than an order for goods that are not in the warehouse. Stock comes from your accounting system on a schedule you choose, items running low can show “limited stock” or switch to “on request”, and a buyer can ask to be notified when a product returns.

Budget for a Sharjah store

An online store starts from AED 4,000. Trade accounts, quote baskets, accounting sync and large catalogues add to the scope and are quoted after we review your product data. The quote is fixed in AED before work starts. Read more about our web design work in Sharjah or compare with ecommerce in Abu Dhabi.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can one store serve both shoppers and trade buyers?

Yes. Guests see retail prices; approved trade accounts see their own prices, minimum quantities and a quote basket. You approve trade accounts yourself.

Do you work with Shams and SAIF Zone companies?

Yes, and with mainland companies licensed by SEDD. Licence details on the site are taken only from your documents.

Can we deliver to Khor Fakkan and Kalba?

Yes. The east coast can have its own zones, fees and delivery days, managed from the same table as the rest of the emirate.

Can customers request a return through the site?

Yes. A return or exchange form in the customer account attaches the order number and photos and sends the request to your team.

Can trade customers repeat a previous order?

Yes. The trade account keeps order history, and a past order can be copied into the basket in one click, then edited before sending.

Can the store issue VAT invoices for companies?

The store collects the buyer’s company and tax details and passes them to your accounting system, which issues the invoice. Settings are confirmed with your accountant.

How much does an online store cost in Sharjah?

From AED 4,000. Trade features, integrations and large catalogues are quoted after reviewing your data, and the price is fixed before work starts.
