A promo website concept for a residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The visitor watches the plot become a finished building, then chooses a floor, opens the plan and checks the payment schedule.

The challenge
Show how a real estate website can combine an emotional presentation of architecture with the practical choice of an apartment, instead of a slider of renders and a PDF brochure.
What was done
- A construction story on scroll: from an empty plot at sunset to a finished tower with a rooftop garden.
- An interactive facade where every level can be selected, from boutique offices to the roof.
- Floor plans with available units highlighted and opened on click.
- A payment plan view with switching between units, plans and currencies.
