The challenge
Sell bouquets in every city of the country, not only in the capital. Let a customer order from a phone in a couple of minutes and then follow the delivery calmly, without calling the shop.
What was done
- A separate address, storefront and heading for each of 1,272 cities, so the buyer stays in their own city.
- A four-step bouquet builder: flowers, greenery, wrapping and base.
- A customer account with an order list and a status bar for every bouquet.
- A "Reorder" button and bonuses for returning customers.
- Order status changed by managers in Telegram with one button and shown to the customer immediately.

A progress bar in the account shows where the bouquet is, so anxious calls disappear.
Managed from Telegram
Staff update the order status from the messenger without opening the admin panel.

Result
The store takes orders in all 1,272 cities and holds 1,586 products in 232 categories. Pages open quickly on phones, and a regular customer repeats an order in one click.
