My platform for preparing and publishing Instagram content for several businesses. Each business has its own facts, rubrics, writing and photo style, and a memory of topics already used; every post passes a review step before the publishing queue.

The challenge
Keep social media alive for several brands without a content team, while never publishing a made-up fact, a duplicate post or an unchecked image.
What was done
- Isolated workspaces: facts, rubrics, style, schedule and tokens are kept separately for each business.
- A chain of roles — lead, editor, visual brief, review — with up to two automatic corrections.
- An ideas bank that remembers used topics and filters out texts that are too similar.
- An Instagram queue with duplicate protection and post-publication checks; a story series of three vertical frames.
- A shared library of managers’ photos, spending per request and daily limits per business.

A reviewer before the feed
Text and image are checked; a doubtful result is corrected or stopped, not published.
No double posts
An uncertain answer from the network locks the queue instead of sending the same post twice.
Inside the project
Interfaces are shown in their original language; descriptions are translated.
Result
The panel runs on a server with a background worker. The first post went out through the regular queue on 20 October 2026, and a three-frame story series was confirmed by Instagram as published. Direct VK and OK publishing, video and comment moderation are not part of it yet.
